By accessing and using Morris Matrix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Platform Structure
- ·Morris Matrix provides two separate offerings:
- ·Job Application Access (Free): Candidates can register and apply for verified job opportunities at no cost.
- ·Career Support Services (Paid): Optional services designed to enhance recruitment readiness, including ATS Resume Optimization, Mock Interviews, Soft Skills Development, Role-Specific Interview Preparation, Interview Readiness Assessment, Personalized Feedback, Career Guidance, Aptitude Test Preparation, Job Role Orientation, Interview Do's & Don'ts, and Professional Tool Certification Programs.
2. Job Application Policy
- ·Job applications on Morris Matrix are completely free.
- ·Each candidate may maintain only one active job application at any given time.
- ·Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, removed, edited, modified, or replaced under any circumstances.
- ·Candidates cannot apply for another job opportunity while their current application is active.
- ·Candidates are advised to review all job details carefully before applying.
- ·After the recruitment process is completed, candidates will become eligible to apply for another opportunity only after the completion of the 1-year cooling-off period, irrespective of the recruitment outcome.
3. Recruitment Process
- ·The Morris Matrix recruitment process may include the following stages:
- ·Profile Registration
- ·Job Application
- ·On-Site Verification Visit
- ·Interview Scheduling
- ·Result Declaration
- ·Candidates are expected to attend all scheduled recruitment activities and follow the instructions communicated by Morris Matrix.
4. Career Support Services
- ·Career Support Services are optional and are not mandatory for applying to job opportunities.
- ·Candidates may browse all available services at any time.
- ·Services can be purchased only after successfully applying for a job opportunity.
- ·Service purchases remain available during the active recruitment process and until 10 days after the scheduled On-Site Verification Visit.
- ·After this eligibility period expires, service purchases will automatically become unavailable.
5. Service Validity
- ·Purchased Career Support Services are valid only for one recruitment cycle.
- ·A recruitment cycle refers to the period from job application until the completion of that recruitment process.
- ·Services are non-transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be carried forward to future recruitment cycles.
- ·Candidates wishing to access Career Support Services during a future recruitment cycle must purchase the services again, where applicable.
6. User Responsibilities
- ·Users agree to:
- ·Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- ·Upload authentic documents and maintain updated profile information.
- ·Attend scheduled On-Site Verification Visits and interviews as communicated.
- ·Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process.
- ·Use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
- ·Any misuse of the platform, submission of false information, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- ·Morris Matrix facilitates verified employment opportunities and optional career support services.
- ·Registration, job applications, participation in recruitment activities, or the purchase of Career Support Services does not guarantee interviews, employment, job placement, or selection.
- ·Final recruitment decisions are made solely by the hiring organization.
8. Modification of Terms
- ·Morris Matrix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- ·The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
