By accessing and using Morris Matrix, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Structure

·Morris Matrix provides two separate offerings:
·Job Application Access (Free): Users can apply for job opportunities at no cost.
·Premium Career Services (Paid): Optional services including interview preparation, profile enhancement, and career support, available at ₹5000 + applicable GST.

2. Application Policy

·Job applications are free to submit.
·Once an application is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn under any circumstances.
·Users are advised to apply carefully after reviewing all details.
·If an interview is scheduled, the user is expected to attend as confirmed.
·Failure to attend a scheduled interview (no-show) will result in a ₹1000 service charge.

3. Service Access

·Premium services are optional and can be accessed only after successful payment.
·These services are designed to enhance user readiness and performance in the recruitment process.

4. Service Validity

·The premium service package (₹5000 + GST) is valid for one application cycle only.
·An application cycle refers to a single job application process until interview completion or closure.
·Services, once used or allocated, cannot be transferred to a new application.
·For any new job application, users must purchase the services again.

5. User Responsibility

·Users must provide accurate and complete information.
·Users are expected to participate in scheduled interviews professionally.
·Misuse of the platform or repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

·Morris Matrix does not guarantee job placement or interview selection outcomes.
·The platform facilitates opportunities and support services only.

7. Modification of Terms

·Morris Matrix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
