Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy details the conditions under which refunds are issued for our paid services and the charges associated with application cancellations.

1. Premium Services (₹5000 + GST)

  • ·All payments made for premium services are non-refundable once completed.
  • ·These are digital/consultation services, and resources are allocated immediately upon purchase.

2. Application Cancellation and Interview Policy

  • ·Applications can be cancelled free of charge before interview scheduling.
  • ·Once an interview is scheduled, cancellation will incur a ₹1099 service charge.
  • ·Failure to attend a scheduled interview without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the ₹1099 charge will apply.
  • ·This charge covers operational costs including scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation.

3. No Refund Clause

  • ·Even if a job application is cancelled, payments made for premium services (₹5000 + GST) will not be refunded, as services remain accessible.

4. Service Validity

  • ·Premium services are valid for one application cycle only.
  • ·If the user does not complete the interview process, the service will still be considered utilized.
  • ·Services cannot be transferred to another application.

5. Exceptional Cases

  • ·Refunds, if any, are granted only at the discretion of Morris Matrix in cases such as technical errors or duplicate payments.

6. Agreement

  • ·By making a payment, users confirm that they have read and agreed to this policy.
