Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy details the conditions under which refunds are issued and the charges associated with our services.

1. Premium Services (₹5000 + GST)

  • ·All payments made for premium services are non-refundable once completed.
  • ·These services are digital/consultation-based, and resources are allocated immediately upon purchase.

2. Application Policy

  • ·Once a job application is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn.
  • ·Users are advised to apply carefully before submission.

3. Interview Attendance Policy

  • ·If a user fails to attend a scheduled interview without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • ·A ₹1000 service charge will be applicable in such cases to cover operational costs, including scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation.

4. No Refund Clause

  • ·Payments made for premium services (₹5000 + GST) will not be refunded under any circumstances, including non-participation in interviews or application outcomes.

5. Service Validity

  • ·Premium services are valid for one application cycle only.
  • ·If the user does not complete the interview process, the service will still be considered utilized.
  • ·Services cannot be transferred to another application.

6. Exceptional Cases

  • ·Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Morris Matrix in cases such as technical errors or duplicate transactions.

7. Agreement

  • ·By making a payment or submitting an application, users confirm that they have read and agreed to this policy.
