At Morris Matrix, our policies are designed to maintain a professional, accountable, transparent, and productive working environment. Every employee is expected to understand and follow these policies throughout their association with the organization.
1. Employee Conduct & Professional Standards
All employees are expected to maintain professional conduct while interacting with management, colleagues, candidates, corporate organizations, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- ·Employees are expected to:
- ·Maintain respectful and professional communication.
- ·Follow instructions and processes communicated by the organization.
- ·Maintain confidentiality of company and stakeholder information.
- ·Provide accurate information and updates regarding assigned responsibilities.
- ·Take reasonable ownership of assigned work.
- ·Communicate proactively regarding work-related concerns or challenges.
- ·Maintain the standards and reputation of Morris Matrix while representing the organization.
- ·Any conduct that negatively affects the organization's operations, reputation, confidentiality, or working environment may be reviewed by management in accordance with company policy.
2. Performance & Target Policy
Morris Matrix operates with clearly defined responsibilities and measurable objectives for its employees. Employees are expected to make consistent and genuine efforts toward the targets and responsibilities assigned to them.
- ·Performance may be evaluated based on factors including:
- ·Achievement of assigned targets.
- ·Completion of assigned tasks.
- ·Work output and consistency.
- ·Candidate sourcing and recruitment activity, where applicable.
- ·Corporate or institutional engagement, where applicable.
- ·Timely follow-ups and communication.
- ·Proper use of company systems and dashboards.
- ·Overall participation and ownership of responsibilities.
- ·Employees are expected to actively participate in their assigned responsibilities and work consistently toward the targets communicated by the organization. Performance may be reviewed periodically based on work output, target achievement, consistency, participation, responsibility ownership, and overall contribution.
- ·Employees are expected to achieve a minimum of 10% of their assigned measurable targets. Where an employee consistently fails to demonstrate the expected level of performance, including achieving less than 10% of assigned targets, the organization may review the continuation of the engagement and take appropriate action, including termination, with immediate effect where permitted under the applicable employment terms and law.
- ·The purpose of this policy is to maintain a productive working environment where employees actively contribute toward the responsibilities entrusted to them.
3. Remote Work & Availability Policy
Employees working remotely are expected to maintain the same level of responsibility, communication, and work discipline expected in an office environment.
- ·Employees are required to:
- ·Remain reasonably available during their designated working hours.
- ·Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- ·Respond to work-related communications within a reasonable timeframe.
- ·Complete assigned responsibilities within communicated timelines.
- ·Maintain regular communication with their reporting manager and team.
- ·Inform the concerned manager in advance regarding any circumstances that may affect their work.
- ·Remote working provides flexibility in the location of work but does not reduce the employee's responsibility toward assigned duties, targets, or organizational commitments.
4. Company Systems, Tools & Information Policy
Employees may be provided access to Morris Matrix's internal systems, dashboard, recruitment tools, communication platforms, databases, documents, and other company resources.
- ·Such resources must be used responsibly and strictly for authorized business purposes.
- ·Employees are expected to:
- ·Use company systems and tools appropriately.
- ·Keep login credentials and access information confidential.
- ·Maintain accurate information on company dashboards and systems.
- ·Protect candidate, corporate, institutional, and company information.
- ·Not share confidential company information with unauthorized persons.
- ·Not copy, misuse, transfer, or distribute company data without authorization.
- ·Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access, data loss, or security concern.
- ·All company information, databases, candidate information, corporate contacts, internal processes, and materials accessed during employment must be treated as confidential in accordance with the organization's applicable confidentiality requirements.
5. Training, Incentives & Professional Development Policy
Morris Matrix provides employees with role-specific orientation and training to help them understand the organization's working processes and perform their responsibilities effectively.
- ·Training may include:
- ·Organization and role orientation.
- ·Recruitment process orientation.
- ·Head-hunting methodology.
- ·Training on relevant company tools.
- ·Morris Matrix dashboard orientation.
- ·Guidance on using internal systems and processes.
- ·Practical understanding of the responsibilities associated with the role.
- ·Employees are expected to actively participate in the training provided and apply the knowledge gained to their assigned responsibilities.
- ·Where a role carries performance-based incentives, the applicable incentive structure, eligibility requirements, targets, and payment terms will be communicated separately by the organization.
- ·Professional development and additional responsibilities may be provided based on organizational requirements, demonstrated capabilities, consistency, and performance.
6. Policy Acknowledgement
- ·By accepting employment with Morris Matrix, the employee acknowledges that they are expected to read, understand, and comply with the applicable company policies, procedures, and instructions communicated by the organization.
